- 36-40 hours weekly in Columbia, Lexington, West Columbia
- Experience with Dementia, Range of Motion and Bed Bound

Job Summary:
The caregiver provides clients various personal care and housekeeping services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.
Essential Functions:
- Personal Care
- Caring Companionship and Activities
- Meal Planning and preparation
- Assistance with bathing
- Dressing and Grooming
- Toileting and incontinent care
- Errands and Transportation
- Housekeeping services
- Medication Reminders
